The Wireless Service

1. If you are within the Employment Café's coverage zone you will be able to see the Wireless Network appear from your Windows XP laptop similar to the screen below:1. 2. OK, to get onto the Employment café's Wireless Internet Service you need to have visited the Café and setup an account. The staff will have provided you with a username and password.

3. When you have those you can then connect to the Wireless service, double click on the 'employment_cafe' entry on the list.

4. The entry should change to show that you are connected:

5. Fire up your choice of web browser – Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, it doesn't matter as long as it supports SSL connections.

You'll find yourself directed to a login page like this:

Enter the username and password credentials the Employment café gave you and click Login.

A window like this will open, you need to leave this window open, although you are free to minimise it. It keeps a connection from your machine to the Employment Café's systems.
